Getting a headstart in life can be more challenging for students with additional support needs and mental health conditions. Thrive helps students who will benefit from an extra helping hand to understand about balanced dietary behaviours, find their passion for fitness, pursue positive habits for health and enjoy their social life.

Data shows that the proportion of people with disabilities who report feeling lonely ‘often’ or ‘always’ is almost four times that of people without disabilities, so here at Studdie we created our Thrive hub to help students with additional support needs reduce their anxiety around new situations so they feel good, confident, active and importantly, social!
